Ingredients
- 2 plum tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 prebaked 12-inch thin pizza crust
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced into rings
Directions

Place the first 6 ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until blended. Place the crust on an ungreased 12-in pizza pan; spread with tomato mixture. Top with chicken, cheese and jalapenos.

Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
