Ingredients

• 60 Ritz crackers, crumbled
• 2 T sugar and
• 1 stick melted butter
• combine all above and put into 9X13 pan--saving some for topping********
• 1/2 gal softened ice cream
• 1 1/2 C milk
• 2 pkgs instant pudding
• Mix these 3 ingredients together and pour over crust
• Top with cool whip and sprinkle with remaining crumbs

Directions

1. If use cocoanut, butter scotch, choc or any pudding, try to use matching ice cream
