Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 1 box vanilla wafers-crushed
  • Press into greased 9x13 pan- saving some crumbs for topping
  • Filling
  • 2/3 C melted butter
  • 2 C powdered sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 squares chocolate, shaved and melted with 2-3 T butter (deduct from 2/3 C melted butter listed for filling)
  • Beat 2 egg whites until frothy
  • 1/2 gallon sl softened ice cream

Directions

  1. Combine filling and then beat

  2. Add softened ice cream AND

  3. Fold in beaten egg whites.

  4. Top with chopped nuts

  5. freeze
