Ingredients
- Crust
- 3 T melted butter
- 1 box vanilla wafers-crushed
- Press into greased 9x13 pan- saving some crumbs for topping
- Filling
- 2/3 C melted butter
- 2 C powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 squares chocolate, shaved and melted with 2-3 T butter (deduct from 2/3 C melted butter listed for filling)
- Beat 2 egg whites until frothy
- 1/2 gallon sl softened ice cream

Combine filling and then beat

Add softened ice cream AND

Fold in beaten egg whites.

Top with chopped nuts
