graham Cracker pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham cracker
  • 2 small boxes instant pudding
  • Coolwhip- small container
  • 3 1/2/ C whole milk or 2 %-not any lower fat content
  • Topping:
  • 5 T milk
  • 2 whole squares (total of 2 ounces) chocolate shaved or 3 T cocoa powder
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 C confectioner sugar
  • Dash salt
  • Dash vanilla

Directions

  1. 9X13 pan- spray with pam

  2. Mix pudding and milk

  3. fold in cool whip

  4. Line bottom of pan with graham crackers:

  5. Spread 1/2 pudding mixture on crackers

  6. another layer crackers:

  7. Rest of Pudding

  8. Cover with 3rd layer crackers

  9. REFRIGERATE

  10. Topping:

  11. Cook together milk, chocolate, butter until thick AND then add dash vanilla and salt and then add 2-2 1/2 C conf sugar. Stir by hand until smooth mixture

  12. Ice cake and refrigerate
