Ingredients
- 1 box graham cracker
- 2 small boxes instant pudding
- Coolwhip- small container
- 3 1/2/ C whole milk or 2 %-not any lower fat content
- Topping:
- 5 T milk
- 2 whole squares (total of 2 ounces) chocolate shaved or 3 T cocoa powder
- 3 T butter
- 2 C confectioner sugar
- Dash salt
- Dash vanilla
Directions

9X13 pan- spray with pam

Mix pudding and milk

fold in cool whip

Line bottom of pan with graham crackers:

Spread 1/2 pudding mixture on crackers

another layer crackers:

Rest of Pudding

Cover with 3rd layer crackers

REFRIGERATE

Topping:
-
Cook together milk, chocolate, butter until thick AND then add dash vanilla and salt and then add 2-2 1/2 C conf sugar. Stir by hand until smooth mixture

Ice cake and refrigerate
