Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1/4 C soft butter
• 1/2 C flour
• 1 C sugar
• 1/2 t baking powder
• 1/4 t salt
• 2 C milk
• 1 t vanilla

Directions

1. Beat all in blender 3 minutes.

2. Pour into well greased glass 9 inch pie dish.

3. Top with 1 C cocoanut flakes

4. Bake 350 for 1 hr to 1 hour and 10 minutes
