Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 C flour
  • 1 C sugar
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/4 t salt
  • Fruit mixed with up to 1 c sugar

Directions

  1. Melt butter in casserole going to cook cobbler in

  2. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and add milk

  3. Pour into butter BUT DO NOT STIR TOGETHER

  4. Add sweetened fruit. DO NOT STIR

  5. Bake 1 hour at 350 deg-put something under casserole in case filling spills over
