Pumpkin cake

Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 yellow cake mix, setting aside 1 cup mix
  • 1/2 C melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • Topping
  • 1#14 oz pumpkin pie mix with spices
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 C milk
  • Next topping
  • 1 C reserved dry cake mix
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 C butter
  • Opt 1 1/2 C chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Prepare cake mix (less 1 C dry mix) with butter and 1 egg

  2. put in 9X13 greased and floured pan

  3. Combine pumpkin 2 eggs and milk and put on top of cake mix

  4. Then Mix 1 C cake mix, sugar and cinnamon and put on next

  5. Can then top with chopped pecans
