Ingredients

  • 2 pie crusts- baked
  • Pulp of 4 oranges, without rag
  • 1 C sugar
  • 2 heaping T minute tapioca=if eated same day OR 2 level T tapioca if eaten next day
  • butter
  • salt-pinch

Directions

  1. combine ingredients for filling and refrigerate
