Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 2 C sifted flour
  • 4 t baking powder
  • 1 1/2 t salt
  • 3 T cooking oil

Directions

  1. Mix thoroughly with fork

  2. Add 1 C milk-Mix quickly

  3. Place over steam in spoonful’s

  4. Steam 13 1/2 minutes in pressure cooker with pressure juggler —In pressure cooker need lots of broth on bottom. After cooking chicken in pressure cooker, add 2 or more cups broth

  5. If cook in dutch oven over cooked chicken- be certain there is enough broth
