- 1 1/2 t salt
- 3 T cooking oil

Add 1 C milk-Mix quickly

Place over steam in spoonful’s

Steam 13 1/2 minutes in pressure cooker with pressure juggler —In pressure cooker need lots of broth on bottom. After cooking chicken in pressure cooker, add 2 or more cups broth

If cook in dutch oven over cooked chicken- be certain there is enough broth
