Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/3 C flour
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 T oil
- 3 T unsalted butter
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 2 T capers
Directions

Flour, salt and pepper chicken cutlets

Saute in oil and 1 T of butter (2-3 min a side)

Lower heat and add, broth, lemon juice and capers

Simmer until sauce thickens (3-4 min)

Remove chicken, add 2 T butter

Serve sauce over chicken
