Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breast- cut into thinner strips
- Italian drsg to marinate chicken
- 3 T olive oil to saute chicken
- salt/pepper/dash paprika
- Noodles-no more 16 oz- cooked in chicken broth and any other seasoning
- Sauce
- 2 C mayo
- 1/2 -3/4 C chopped scallions
- 1/4 C fresh parsley=chopped
- 1/4 C fresh basil-chopped (I added more)
- Salt/peppeer
- Frozen peas
- Roasted red pepper-diced
- Combine and chill 3 hours or overnight
