Cocoanut Crust

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cocoanut (1 1/2 C)
  • 2 T soft butter

Directions

  1. In 8 inch pie pan, sprinkle cocoanut into pan and pat down

  2. Pat butter evenly over cocoanut

  3. Bake 350 deg until crisp and golden- about 10-12 minutes
