Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
Directions

In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.

Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.

Heat skillet over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles.

Grease pan lightly.

Pour about 3 T of batter into pan, tilting pan to spread batter evenly.

When crepe is light brown and set, turn to brown other side.

Remove from pan

About 14 crepes.
