Ingredients
- 2 egg whites, room temp
- 1 t vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C milk chocolate chips-MINIATURE SIZE
- 1 C very fine pecans
- OR instead of pecans try very finely ground (with mini chopper) crushed candy cane candy
Directions

Beat egg whites until like meringue

Add vanilla and salt

Continue Beating egg whites, adding sugar, until glossy

Fold in chocolate chips and crushed pecans

Line cookie sheet with foil (shiny side of foil down)

Drop by spoonful onto foil

Bake 300 deg for 30 min

LEAVE OVEN DOOR SHUT AND COOKIES IN OVEN FOR ANOTHER 10 OR SO HOURS

Freeze well
