Pineapple Gouju

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • Ogerne - mustard seeds, hingu, red chili, carbensapu
  • 1 Tbsp. roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. dried cocunut
  • 2 Tbsp. palya pudi
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Tamcon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Make ogerne in pan.

  2. Add pineapple pieces. Add water to boil. Cook pineapple until soft.

  3. Blend sesame seeds, coconut, pudi with water.

  4. Add paste, Tamcon, sugar and salt to pineapple.

  5. Add water as needed. Consistency should be like a thick liquid.
