Pumpkin with crust in muffin tin

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg crust-defrosted
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C Carmel sauce

Directions

  1. Cut crust into rounds to fit in lightly greased muffin tin

  2. Bake crust 425 for 10-12 minutes

  3. Add filling

  4. Bake 325 for 25 minutes or until set

  5. Serve with whipping cream and drizzle with carmel sauce
