Ingredients
- 1 unbaked Morton Pie shell
- 3 cups prepared apples
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

Combine apples, sugar and flour. Bring mixture to a boil. Place boiling fruit mixture in bottom of an 8 inch baking dish. Dot fruit with the butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. cover with thawed Morton pie shell. Bake the cobbler in a hot oven, 425 degrees, for about 1/2 hour.
