Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 24 halves pecan halves
  • 1 pre-made pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Beat eggs until foamy, then add melted butter, corn syrup, sugar and vanilla.

  3. Gently mix in chopped pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust then place pecan halves on top.

  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until crust and filling are a golden brown.
