Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (13 oz.) gingerbread mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
Directions

Combine gingerbread mix, water and applesauce. Beat 2 minutes; add nuts.

Spread apple pie filling and raisins in 9-inch square greased baking pan. Top with gingerbread mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and invert cake on serving rack. Serve warm of cooled with a dollop of whipped cream.
