Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. fried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick, can be boneless or bone in)
- 2 Tbsp. apple jelly
Directions

Combine the brown sugar and seasoning; rub over both sides of pork chops.

Saute pork chops with one teaspoon of canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked.

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat jelly until warmed; brush over pork chops. Serve immediately.
