Ingredients
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans or 1 lb. of fresh
- 1 small onion, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Dash of white pepper
Directions

Add just enough boiling water to cover beans. Cook uncovered until beans are tender, 20 to 25 minutes. Drain, Saute sliced onions in butter until golden in color. Add onion and butter to beans; add salt and pepper. Reheat and serve hot.
