Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbs oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 pd beef, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs water
- 1 cup green peppers
- 1 onion, quartered and sliced
- ginger
- tomatoes
Directions

Heat pan
-
Add oil & garlic

When garlic is brown, remove.

Add beef, fry a few minutes

Season w/ salt & pepper

Add chicken broth, cook
-
Add mixture of soy sauce,cornstarch & water

Cook until sauce thickens, stirring.

Add peppers & onions.

Add tomatoes last.

Heat throughly.
