Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 to 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well using a spoon. Lightly coat aa Bundt pan with cooking spray and spread batter into prepared pan.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool before removing from pan.
