Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco
- 2 16-oz cans black beans - drained
- 2 11-14-oz cans “Mexican” corn
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 large tomato - diced
- 1 avocado - diced
Directions

Mix oil, vinegar, etc with beans, corn, and onion. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Before serving, add tomatoes and avocados.
