Maple Syrup-Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbl. good Bourbon
  • 2 cups pecans, roughly chopped
  • 9-inch pie crust

Directions

  1. Mix eggs, syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, butter and Bourbon until well combined.

  2. Place pecans in pie shell and pour mixture over them.

  3. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until filling has firmed up. Cool and refrigerate.
