Blueberry Jello Salad/ smaller amount

Ingredients

  • 4 oz can crushed pineapple(1/2 small can)
  • 1/2 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 C chopped nuts
  • 1 large pkg cherry jello
  • 2 C boiling water
  • 1 C cold water
  • 1=3 oz cream cheese-room temp-for top
  • Cool whip for top

Directions

  1. Make jello using total of 3 C water (2 C hot and 1 C cold- using drained pineapple juice toward the 1 C of cold water)

  2. Let semi set

  3. Add drained pineapple, nuts, pie filling

  4. Chill 4 hours

  5. Top with cool whip and cream cheese mixture
