Baked Artichokes

Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz.) cans quartered artichokes, drained
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.

Pat artichokes dry with paper towels. Place artichokes in pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a small bowl, combine pecans, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic and olive oil. Sprinkle evenly over artichokes. Bake 15 minutes or until golden and serve.
