- 1 head broccoli- cooked until slightly tender
- 3/4 C chopped onion
- 6 T butter
- 1 C shredded cheddar
- 1 C Ritz crackers
- 1 can soup -NE clam chowder is good
- 1/2 C Hellmans mayonnaise
- 3/4 C sour cream
- Topping-shredded cheddar
