Creamed Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C creamed corn-(like white canned cream corn)
  • 5 T flour
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 C softened butter
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 3 eggs- slightly beaten
  • Corn meal to sprinkle on 9X13 pan after the pan is greased-If don't double recipe just need 8X8 dish

Directions

  1. In large bowl mix corn and flour with wire whisk.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix Bake 325 for 45-60 minutes or until set


  3. To double recipe

  4. For corn use 2 cans creamed corn and 1 1/4 C kernel corn, not creamed
