Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C creamed corn-(like white canned cream corn)
- 5 T flour
- 1 T sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 C softened butter
- 3/4 C milk
- 3 eggs- slightly beaten
- Corn meal to sprinkle on 9X13 pan after the pan is greased-If don't double recipe just need 8X8 dish

In large bowl mix corn and flour with wire whisk.

Add remaining ingredients and mix Bake 325 for 45-60 minutes or until set

For corn use 2 cans creamed corn and 1 1/4 C kernel corn, not creamed
