Ingredients
- 2 1/3 # green beans
- 3/4 # bacon-cooked-cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 diced shallots
- 1 1/2 T pine nuts
- Fresh parsley to garnish
- Dressing:
- 1 1/2 T grainy mustard
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/2 T hot water
- Add: for dressing for beans
- 1 1/2 t lemons juice
- salt/pepper
- 1/2 C canola oil
Directions

Steam beans for about 8 minutes and shock in cold water

Cook shallots in 1 1/2 T butter

Add nuts- cook about 1 more minute

Mix dressing

Layer:beans, fresh parsley
