Ingredients

  • Blanch green beans and shock in ice water
  • In saucepan:
  • Saute 1 T olive oil
  • 3 T butter
  • 2 clove garlic buds-crushed
  • 1 t red pepper
  • Mix above together
  • Drizzle 1 T lemon zest and toasted slivered almonds to top
