- Blanch green beans and shock in ice water
- In saucepan:
- Saute 1 T olive oil
- 3 T butter
- 2 clove garlic buds-crushed
- 1 t red pepper
- Mix above together
- Drizzle 1 T lemon zest and toasted slivered almonds to top
