Ingredients
- Collards or kale- washed and stem removed
- Meat of ham, smoked turkey wings or bacon
- Diced onion
- Garlic clove diced
- Add:
- 3 C beef or chicken broth
- kale
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Sherry
Directions

If using smoked turkey, cook in broth for about 1 hour, or until meat falls off bone

In a pan saute onion- then for 20 seconds, add garlic

Add greens, sherry, remainder of broth, olive oil to greens and meat

Cook until greens are to desired tenderness using lid
