Ingredients
- Mushrooms-remove stem
- Olive oil
- Italian sausage
- 1/2 C parmesan plus 1/4 C to top stuffed mushrooms
- 1/2 C bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt/pepper
Directions

Rub mushrooms with some oil

Also use a tablespoon of oil to saute sausage-cool sausage in refrigerator

Mix ingredients together

Stuff mushrooms and top with parmesan

Bake 450 for 15-20 minutes
