Vegetable Casserole-Pudd

Ingredients

  • 2 bags california blend vegetables
  • 4 oz velvet
  • 4 T butter
  • 13 buttery crackers
  • Can add:
  • Pearl onions
  • water chestnuts-drained
  • slivered almond-toasted

Directions

  1. Cook and drain vegetables

  2. Add butter and cheese to a saucepan to melt

  3. In casserole add 1/2 vegetables, 1/2 cheese mixture and repeat

  4. Add toasted almonds

  5. Top with crumbled crackers

  6. Bake 350 til bubbly
