Ingredients
- 2 bags california blend vegetables
- 4 oz velvet
- 4 T butter
- 13 buttery crackers
- Can add:
- Pearl onions
- water chestnuts-drained
- slivered almond-toasted
Directions

Cook and drain vegetables

Add butter and cheese to a saucepan to melt

In casserole add 1/2 vegetables, 1/2 cheese mixture and repeat

Add toasted almonds

Top with crumbled crackers

Bake 350 til bubbly
