Basil Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 6-8 medium potatoes
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 med red onion, diced
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c cider vinegar
  • 2 T basil
  • 1/2 t white pepper

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes. Fry and crumble bacon. Sauté onion in bacon grease.

  2. Combine mayo, cider vinegar, basil and pepper.

  3. Mix well.

  4. Toss all ingredients together.
