Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose baking mix
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• 4 Tbsp. melted butter (divided)
• 2 cups Musselman's apple butter
• 1/3 cup each sweetened flaked coconut, chopped pecans and sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 × 8 baking dish.

2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the baking mix, milk, sugar, egg and 2 Tbsp. melted butter. Pour

3. 2/3 of the batter into the baking dish. Cover with apple butter. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls onto apple butter layer.

4. Combine the coconut, pecans and sugar, with remaining melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
