Ingredients
- 4 Eggland's Best Eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup (4 oz.) finely shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. finely chipped fresh basil
Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

Place water and butter in heavy 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full boil.

Reduce heat to low; stir in flour and garlic salt vigorously until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball.

Remove from heat. Add one Eggland’s Best egg at a time, beating well after each addition, until mixture is smooth.

Stir in cheese, bell pepper and basil.

Immediately drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
