Fiesta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, wedged
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 c corn chips or broken tortilla chips
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 c cooked whole kernel corn, canned frozen or fresh
- 14 olives, sliced
- 1 c grated cheese
- 2 c chili
Directions

ar lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in the bottom of a large salad bowl. Layer all the remaining ingredients except the chili. Heat chili to boiling. Just before serving, pour chili over all and toss well. Serve immediately. Serves 6-8. Can serve with sour cream and salsa.
