Deviled Eggs

Recipe for 6 eggs (12 halves)

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard (bottled)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper
  • Paprika

Directions

  1. Boil eggs for about 10 minutes; cool

  2. Remove shells, then halve the eggs and scoop out yolks

  3. Mash yolks and mix with remaining ingredients

  4. Refill whites and sprinkle with Paprika, if desired
