Dixie Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp steak sauce
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Sprinkle lamb chops with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat; cook the chops, covered, until bottoms are browned, 5-7 minutes.

  2. Mix the molasses, steak sauce and vinegar. Turn chops; pour molasses mixture over top. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat until lamb reaches desired doneness, 5-7 minutes.
