Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3- 14.5 oz cans chicken broth
- 9 oz package refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat; saute the garlic until tender, about 1 minute. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Add tortellini; cook, uncovered, until tender, 7-9 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes and spinach; heat through.
