Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
- Tortilla chips
- Tomato and jalapeno pepper
Directions

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add chilies; cook and stir 5 minutes. Whisk cornstarch and milk; stir into pan. Bring to a boil; stir 1-2 minutes.

Reduce heat to low; stir in cheese, adding in small amounts and allowing cheese to melt between additions.
