Pepperoncini Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup minced pepperoncini
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 tsp minced fresh garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 Italian baguette, halved lengthwise

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element.

  2. Combine butter, oil, pepperoncini, Parmesan and garlic; season with salt and pepper.

  3. Spread pepperoncini butter on cut sides of baguette, place on a baking sheet, then broil until golden, about 5 minutes. Cut each baguette half into 12 pieces.
