Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli rabe, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- Kosher salt and pepper
- Shredded Asiago
Directions

Cook broccoli rabe in boiling salted water until tender, 2-3 minutes; drain. Saute garlic in olive oil in a large skillet until golden. Add the broccoli, lemon zest, salt and pepper; toss. Top with Asiago.
