Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

In a 6-qt stockpot, crumble and cook turkey, green pepper and onion over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes. Stir in seasonings; cook 1 minute.

Stir in next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer about 10 minutes. Serve with cheese.
