Ingredients
- 5 cups fresh cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- minced chives
Directions

Place 1-in water in a saucepan; add cauliflowers and garlic. Bring to a oil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until tender, 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain; return to pan.

Mash; stir in milk, mayo, salt and white pepper. Sprinkle with black pepper and minced chives.
