Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Break cauliflower into florets. Toss with olive oil, rosemary and salt; spread into a greased 15×10×1-in pan. Roast at 450 until tender and lightly browned, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
