Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt

Break cauliflower into florets. Toss with olive oil, rosemary and salt; spread into a greased 15×10×1-in pan. Roast at 450 until tender and lightly browned, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
