Ingredients
- 1 bottle Thai peanut sauce (11.5 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 pkg thick rice noodles
- Peanuts and cilantro
Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Combine peanut sauce and broth; toss with chicken, slaw mix and green onions.

Prepare noodles as directed; drain and toss with chicken mixture. Transfer to a greased 13×9-in baking dish. Bake, covered, 10-15 minutes. Top with peanuts and cilantro.
