Jalapeno Popper Pizza

Ingredients

  • For the Pizza Crust
  • 21/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Oz. Pizza Yeast
  • 11/2 Teaspoons Sugar
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • ⅔ Cup Warm Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • For the Jalapeno Popper Pizza
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 6 Slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp and Roughly Chopped Coupons
  • 1 Large Jalapeño Pepper, Diced

Directions

  1. For the Pizza Crust

  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

  3. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt together. Stir in warm water and olive oil. Mix for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Gradually add the remaining flour a little at a time, alternating with water as needed.

  5. Knead on a floured surface with greased hands for 4-6 minutes or until dough is no longer sticky.

  6. Roll into a circle.

  7. For the Jalapeno Popper Pizza

  8. Spread pizza dough with cream cheese.

  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Top with bacon and jalapeno slices.

  10. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
