Ingredients
- For the Pizza Crust
- 21/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Oz. Pizza Yeast
- 11/2 Teaspoons Sugar
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
- ⅔ Cup Warm Water
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- For the Jalapeno Popper Pizza
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 6 Slices Bacon, Cooked Crisp and Roughly Chopped Coupons
- 1 Large Jalapeño Pepper, Diced

For the Pizza Crust

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt together. Stir in warm water and olive oil. Mix for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually add the remaining flour a little at a time, alternating with water as needed.

Knead on a floured surface with greased hands for 4-6 minutes or until dough is no longer sticky.

Roll into a circle.

For the Jalapeno Popper Pizza

Spread pizza dough with cream cheese.

Sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Top with bacon and jalapeno slices.

Bake for 15-17 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
