Ingredients
- One thawed package of puffed pastry
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 4 roma tomatos, sliced
- Olive oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured work surface, unfold the puff pastry.

Using 2 1/2" cookie cutter, cut out circles.

Place the circles on baking sheets.

Using fork dock all pastry circles.

Spread one teaspoon of pesto onto each circle.

Place a slice of tomato on top.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
